Melaleuca describes the RestEZ Sleep Smart Chew as a berry chew that will "combine chamomile and melatonin in a unique emulsified matrix to help you wind down and achieve restful sleep." The box says it "Helps you relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep," and the product is sugar free.

Melaleuca calls the chew an emulsified matrix, meaning the ingredients are mixed together in one base. Its comparison chart lists 3 mg of melatonin and 25 mg of chamomile per chew.

Each box has 30 chews. The regular price is $24.00, or about $0.80 per chew. Members pay $16.59, which works out to about $0.55 per chew. RestEZ is part of Melaleuca's vitamins and supplements line and is sold through Melaleuca's online store, where members get the lower price.

Nature Made Melatonin 2.5 mg Gummies

Nature Made lists this product as discontinued. Each gummy has 2.5 mg of melatonin and no herbs. Nature Made says the gummies help you fall asleep faster and support restful sleep, and describes their flavor as dreamy strawberry. It calls them "a drug-free way to occasionally support your rest."

An 80-count bottle costs $16.89, or about $0.21 per gummy. The 130-count bottle costs $23.99, or about $0.18 per gummy. Nature Made says to take the gummies about one hour before bedtime to support restful sleep.

OLLY Sleep, Blackberry Zen

OLLY describes its Sleep gummy as "A blend of Melatonin, L-Theanine & Botanical Extracts." The formula includes chamomile, passionflower and lemon balm extracts, plus L-Theanine, an amino acid OLLY says encourages relaxation so you can drift off.

Take two gummies 30 minutes before bed. OLLY says the product is NSF Certified, meaning it has been independently tested for quality and label claims. The label also lists sugar, glucose syrup and gelatin among its ingredients. A 25-serving bottle costs $13.99, or about $0.56 per serving. The 35-serving bottle costs $17.99, or about $0.51 per serving.
